London’s Best Kept Secret

Source: CBC News London

Have you heard of Kensington Village? If you haven’t, you’re not alone. "It's London's best kept secret," says resident David Heap to CBC News. In 1870 Kensington Village was founded just west of the growing city of London and has now become the heart of downtown london. The major park in the area is Cavendish Park, which offers beautiful views of the river along its walking trails and also happens to be the site of one of PATCH’s urban agriculture food hubs. Stemming off of Cavendish Crescent you will find the entrance to PATCH’s Cavendish Food Hub Site. It is here that you can find our hands on community services, training programs and workshops. Come and give us a visit and check out the linked article to find our more about the wonderful Kensigton Village!
